- the purposes of complying with our contractual obligations which include selling and supplying goods to our customers.

Communicating With Us
Our Call Centres are provided by Intelenet Global Services.
Our Automated IVR system and Webchat facility are provided by Eckoh UK Limited.
When you contact our call centres, we may record your calls for monitoring and training purposes. These calls are retained for 12months before being deleted. Any data you provide us is stored in our CRM Tool (Numero) and retained for 6 years as per our retention policy.
When you use our IVR system, we will record the telephone number you called from to place your order for 3 months.
If you need to complain to us, we put together a file containing the details of the complaint and this is entered into ur CRM tool (Numero). This information is stored for 6 years as per our retention policy.
Keeping Your Information
We will only keep information about you for as long as we need to and we take steps to ensure that any companies that process your information on our behalf do the same.
The cookies on our site are broken down into three categories – Essential, Advertising and Analytics and Customisation. Essential cookies are needed for our site to function, and can therefore not be turned off. All other cookies can be turned off, if desired.
The Security Of Your Information
We have controls and processes in place to minimise the risk of a data breach occurring. In the event that a breach does occur, we will take appropriate steps to deal with it and will try our best to minimise the impact on individuals and treat all customers fairly.
